What is the difference between the Belts?

DMAIC Six Sigma Training

The DMAIC methodology is almost universally recognized and defined as comprising of the following five phases: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. In some businesses, only four phases (Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) are used; in this case the Define deliverables are then considered pre-work for the project or are included within the Measure phase.

Lean Six Sigma Training

Lean focuses on waste reduction, deploying a number of tools aimed at the Seven Wastes: Overproduction, Transportation, Defects, Waiting, Inventory, Over-processing, and Motion.

2KO Africa CC is committed to reducing our carbon footprint by taking a hard look at the footprint around our paper, electricity and water use.
